It is a good idea to use the grenade launcher, to destroy the car

It is best to wait for the convoy next to one of the crossroads along its route. In this mission, it is a good idea to rely on the grenade launcher and explosives. Wait for the marked vehicle to arrive and blow it up. After the successive action, deal with the rest of the gangsters or escape them.

Note - if you fail to destroy the car, with the mission target in, sufficiently early, it may start to escape. Is such a situation, start the chase and look for opportunities to hack into the elements of the surroundings.

You can try catching up with the convoy

After you start the mission, drive towards the highway, along which Olivier Garneau's convoy is going. After you drive into the highway, you will most probably be behind the convoy itself and you can do two different things here. The more obvious variant is to catch up with the convoy and stop it, e.g. by slamming into Garneau's car.

The drive against the traffic will allow you to take over the convoy, which travels Northwards

The less obvious variant is to change the lanes, thanks to which you will be able to overtake the convoy, while remaining unnoticed and, after you are far enough, Northwards of it, plan on the ambush (block the road, throw several IEDs onto the ground, etc.). To drive away from the convoy, against the traffic, you can use a narrow car, or a bike to your aid.

You need to knock Garneau out

Regardless of the method, do not exaggerate with aggressive measures to prevent blowing up the car with the target in it. On the other hand, you need to be careful, because you will need to eliminate lots of elite opponents. Leave Olivier for the end. Approach him by taking cover behind cars and the other big objects. Then, take him out in melee.
