Caught in the Loop

Make sure that the vehicles, with the mission targets in them, are not destroyed

It is a good idea to wait for the convoy near one of the crossroads, along its route, at best where it takes a turn in another direction. I recommend against being too aggressive here, because neither of the targets can die. The least you can do is destroy the car on the head of the convoy and lay down fire on the ones that approach Aiden, after the fighting starts.

Wait for opportunities to attack in melee

Start eliminating the enemies, one after another and neutralize, quickly, the enemies that may call for the reinforcements. Leave the two marked targets for the end. Choose any of the mission targets and approach him carefully, by making use of cars and the other big objects, as covers. After you knock out the first of the opponents, in melee, do the same with the other one.

Chasing Shadows

A very important piece of information, in connection with this mission, is that the convoy's route runs along the tunnels underneath the starting point. So, as quickly as possible, use any flight f stairs near the starting point, e.g. the one shown in the above screenshot.

After you get down to the tunnel level, stand next to the nearest crossroads (e.g. behind the car, the wall or one of the posts) and wait for the convoy to arrive. In this mission, it is a good idea to rely on the grenade launcher and explosives. Blow up the marked car. After the successive action, deal with the rest of the gangsters or escape them.

Downtown

It is a good idea to hide behind one of the walls located next to the road

The route of the convoy is a long, straight stretch of road and you can wait for the convoy anywhere you want to (I recommend that you hide behind one of the walls alongside the road). It is a good idea to rely on the grenade launcher and explosives, in this mission. Wait for the marked vehicle to arrive and blow it up. After the successive action, deal with the rest of the gangsters or escape them.

Excessive Force

It is best to wait for the convoy next to one of the crossroads along its route but, if you are fast enough, you may be able to reach the drawbridge and raise it. Due to the fact that you are dealing with dirty cops here, you need to keep in mind that the successive kills are going to deteriorate Aiden's reputation. You can try and limit that effect by trying to wound the policemen only, without killing them, or by using the Blackout to restrict their fields of vision.

During the fights, watch over the SWAT member, marked by the game (note - he is using a very good weapon!), who needs to be taken down in melee (you will fail the mission, if you kill him). You can attack him still during the fighting, or after you have dealt with the others. Regardless of what you do, you need to keep in mind that you will still have to escape the police pursuit, to complete the mission.

It is best to wait for the convoy next to one of the crossroads along its route, although you can, just as well, raise the drawbridge. I recommend against taking any too aggressive measures, because both of the targets need to survive. The least you can do is destroy, quickly, the car on the head of the convoy and lay down fire on the ones that approach Aiden after the fighting starts (most probably, there will be the Enforcers inside).

Do not attempt approaching the mission targets before you deal with the rest of the opponents

Eliminate the enemies, one after another and neutralize, quickly, those of the opponents that may call for the reinforcements. Leave the two marked people for the end. Choose either of the mission targets and approach him, carefully, by taking cover behind cars and the other big elements in the surroundings. After you knock out the first opponent, deal with the other one in the same way.

The Beast

The tunnel is a good site for the attack

The best place to wait for the convoy is the tunnel. You can hide behind a vehicle or behind one of the abutments that separate both lanes.

It is best to use the grenade launcher and explosives, in this mission. The target is being carried on the armored van so, you may not be able to destroy it with the first shot that you take. Apart from that, watch out for the Enforcers and the other elite opponents, from the rest of the vehicles - also here, you can use long weapons or, after you have eliminated the target, escape them.

Note - if you fail to destroy the van quickly, it may start escaping. In such a situation, start chasing the vehicle and search for the opportunities to hack into the elements in the surroundings.

Toll Bridge

Remember that the armored van is tougher than the other vehicles

It is a good idea to wait for the convoy on the highway, along which it goes - you can barricade the highway, or hide behind the low wall at the opposite lane. In this mission, it is a good idea to rely on the grenade launcher and explosives. What speaks for this solution is the fact that the mission target is traveling on an armored van and a single attack may be insufficient to destroy it. After you have eliminated the person marked by the game, deal with the rest of the gangsters or escape them.
