Unlocking mission 1 | Main missions - Act III Watch Dogs Guide

Before you are able to start the first mission of this act, it may be necessary to break into the last of the ctOS Control Centers, which is located in Pawnee. This will happen, of course, if you still have not done that already on your own. The enemy base is located on an islet that you can swim to, or take a boat to, which you need to steal.
I recommend that you approach the island from the North-Eastern side. Make it over to the shore and approach the main buildings carefully, while trying to remain unspotted. Hack into one of the nearby cameras and start switching from one to another. Keep doing that up until the moment, in which you locate the person shown in the above screenshot, who is in possession of the access code. Hold down the hacking key/button to download the code.
Swim/steer away from the island and approach it from the North-Eastern side. I recommend that you take a look around for the rocks shown in the above screenshot, which are located close to the router. If you start climbing onto the rocks here, this will allow you to avoid encountering any opponents, in the camp, completely.
Take the main path towards the router. After you get there, hide behind a cover, for safety, and hack into the router. You will have to play the hacking minigame here. After the camera view loads, you can play some of the footage or focus entirely on uploading the trojan to the main computer. Wait until you return to controlling Aiden, jump into the water and swim away from the island (swim outside of the grey circle).
Rewards for completing the mission: unlocks new ctOS towers, 500 experience points
