Find the guard with the access code
You can now go towards the construction site, which is where the net mission is to take place, located in the Loop district. The easiest way to access the site is to hack into the small gate shown in the above screenshot and open it. The upside of this solution is that the gate is not guarded by anyone. You could, of course, take one of the two main gates, but these are guarded and you would have to eliminate the guards, or distract them.
I recommend that, after you enter the construction site, you break into one of the surveillance cameras. Without haste, scrutinize the area and mark the opponents that you can see, to be able to track them easily. The next part of this description focuses on reaching the man with the access code, without engaging any enemies and while operating from shadows, but if you prefer a more aggressive approach, you can start using the rifle that you have just bought. Take interest in the building on the right.
You can access the building in many different ways, but I recommend two of them. The first variant is to take the entrance on the ground floor, which is being watched by a single guard. You can lure him away, e.g. with the Lure, or by activating the alarm in the white car on the left (hack into the car). The second variant is to hack into the elevator located at the wall of the building (you need to walk onto it first!)., but the noise of the elevator's motor may attract the attention of, at least, one guard. This means that, after the ride on the elevator, you would have to take hide in a safe location and wait for the guard to stop examining the elevator.
The person with the access code, who you are after, is on the upper level of the building and he has been shown in the above screenshot (locate him by scanning the guards with the Profiler app). I recommend that you do another reconnaissance, using the cameras (one of them is attached to a guard), because there are three other hostiles around. You can steal the access code remotely, of course, without attacking the person that holds it.
Breach into the ctOS control center
Remain at the upper level of the building and resume the process of avoiding the nearby guards. You need to watch your steps, because there are two of them, at least, patrolling this level. Your task is to locate the router shown in the above screenshot, which is located ahead, in the building., to the right of the big platform with two guards on. Take cover and only then, hold down the hacking key/button.
Before you gain access to the control center, you need to complete three hacking minigames. The premises of all of the minigames are simple - thanks to manipulating the rotary elements, you need to connect the input and the output point(s), with a blue line. This should not be too challenging to you although, in the case of the third minigame, you need to manage to turn all of the elements before time elapses.
After you complete all of the minigames, you will be rewarded with access to the view of the camera in the ctOS control center. First of all, I recommend that you attack three side servers, because this will enable additional videos. Finally, hack into the mainframe in the control center, thanks to which you will complete the mission.
