For this achievement, you need a character who practices the profession of a living statue. It has a gesture of the same name. You can find a potential recruit in tourist places, such as the Millennium Wheel (you can meet him there until 0: 00). If you haven't done them any harm, they'll be neutral towards you.

After recruiting the right hero, switch to him. Then start the destruction on the streets of London. You can start by shooting an Albion officer and instead of running continue attacking more and more opponents. Repeat this until you reach the 5. level of interest.

Then all you have to do is lose the chase. Get out of sight of the pursuers for a moment and use the gesture of a living statue. Stay in that position until the manhunt is over.
