The tech point is located in the room behind the elevator. To gain access to it you need to unlock a node, using the cameras located inside the room.

St. Dunstan-to-the-East [5]

The tech point can be found in the tower, at the damaged window. Use the drone to get there.

The Spine [7]

This one is not that easy, as the cargo drone won't be able to fly that high. You have to jump on the scaffolding and continue climbing using the elements of the facade. You'll finally reach a small room. Deploy the spider bot and guide it through the hole in the wall. If you continue along the scaffold, you will reach your destination.

Horizon Multinational [8]

The tech point is on the roof of the building. Use the drone to get there.

Finsbury Circus Gardens [9]

The tech point is located underneath a small building near the entrance to the complex.
