In the City of Westminster you can find 10 Relics. Most of them are not located in restricted areas, so access to them will be easier than in, for example, Camden. The locations are:

Regalia Theatre [1]
This relic is located on the roof above the main entrance. It is hidden behind the sign. You can get to the top by using a drone or a lift standing on the corner of the building.
Vauxhall Bridge [2]
Part of the Shoe is located under the bridge. It lies next to one of the columns supporting the structure.
Lambeth Bridge [3]
A fragment of a mobile phone is located under the bridge, right next to a closed room, where Tech Points are. You need to use the spiderbot to get to the relic.
Safe house [4]
You can find the disk at the very beginning of the game. It's in a safe house that you unlock right after the prologue.
St. James's Square [5]
The relic is located in the bushes right at one of the gates to the facility.
House Guards Parade [6]
A fragment of the DedSec bracelet is on the roof of the building. However, it is placed under the surface. To get to it, you need to use the spiderbot and enter the ventilation shaft near the relic.
National Gallery [7]
You will find the relic on the roof of the building - just fly there on a drone.
Stanford Theatre [8]
In the side street next to the building, you will find a fence with banners. Jump over it, and you'll find a fake DedSec business card in it.
Throne's Felts [9]
The only relic in this location that's in a restricted area. It is on the roof of a small outhouse. You can fly a drone up there and drop the spiderbot.
Duck Island Cottage [10]
The relic is located at the back of the cottage, behind a barbed-wire fence. You can fly a drone in there, or you can use the spiderbot.
