Mission objectives

1. Meet Rosie Wong at Sans Luxe Apartments;
2. Go into Irv's apartment and find out what he's hiding;
3. Talk to Irv about what you have found in his apartment;
4. Return to Rosie Wong.

Walkthrough

You will receive this mission via radio. At some point, you will be approached by Rosie Wong. She will ask you to solve a problem.

After you agree to perform this task, head to Sans Luxe Apartments located in Colorado Springs. Rosie will be right at the entrance. Talk to her and you will find out that she has problems with a man named Irv and wants you to help her deal with him.

The troublemaker is in apartment 3. To open his apartment you need the Lockpicking ability (rank 5). In addition, right at the entrance there is a trap. You need to use the Sneaky Shit skill to disarm it (rank 4). If you can't disarm it, then the enemies will start the fight. However, you can get around this by attacking opponents from a distance.

Combat shouldn't cause you any major problems. Just remember not to keep the whole team in one spot. The opponent uses smaller grenades, which have an area of effect damage. Also, note that there are nitrogen tanks on the battlefield.

After the fight, use the computer located in the apartment [1]. However, in order to activate it one person has to stand on the platform connected to the computer. [2]

Return to Rosie and ask about your troublesome neighbor. As it turns out, he trades stuff at the market in Colorado Springs. Talk to him and decide his fate. You have 3 options to choose from:

1. let him go;
2. recruit him to Ranger HQ (you will gain an ability to clone team members);
3. arrest him and turn him over to the Rangers or Marshals.

Finally, go back to Rosie and tell her that the task has been completed.
