The Survivor mission walkthrough in Warhammer Inquisitor - Martyr Warhammer Inquisitor - Martyr Guide

The Survivor is a short quest which purpose introduce the player to the campaign of Warhammer 40,000 Inquisitor - Martyr. You crash your small spaceship in a humongous shipwreck called the Martyr, which has been infested by Chaos Cultists.

Walkthrough
At the beginning of the quest, you will find yourself in a partially destroyed chamber. You will not find anything interesting there, so you can just move on to the door on the other side of the room and interact with the head on the side of it (the door). The door will open and allow access to the next room.
Going down the hallway you will find the first weapon available for your chosen class. Before you do that you should activate the Cogitator and read the log contained there. After picking up your weapon you will be attacked by a Plague Ogryn.
This shouldn't be too big of a problem. You only need to avoid the clouds of poison, which the Ogryn spreads around. The poison can cause a lot of damage in a short time if you are not careful.
After the fight, continue down the hallway from where the Ogryn came. You will find another weapon for your character there. Continuing further will be possible only if you destroy the barricade made of barrels. You can do this by using any kind of weapon.
Destroying the barricade will grant you access to a chamber resembling a control room. You will learn how to neutralize the signal jammer, which inhibits you from establishing contact. The solution to this problem is found in the room behind the door. There, you will find a Cogitator, which allows disabling the vox jammer. However, in order to reach it, you will have to slay some Chaos Cultists first. This won't be a difficult task. However, you cannot let your enemies be attacking you from behind the barricade.
After activating the Cogitator the quest is over.
