Legend:

Destroy the HQ in order to intercept chopper's airstrip (2)

Your starting point is in the west [1]. Take all troops (except command vehicle) and move north capture FOB [2] which is on your road. Continue along the road killing enemy soldiers hiding in local bushes. Once you get to the forest located near enemy's base move there gunship which will attack opponent's units (picture below). If they enter to the forest eliminate them with infantry.

Now start assaulting enemy HQ [3]. Don't capture FOB near town yet because opponent will destroy it. Instead use tank destroyer to eliminate AA vehicle Shilka and destroy rest of enemy's units with gunship. Resupply it and get rid of the three BMPs located on the west side (picture below). Now move APCs north and capture FOB (in the meantime you can also capture some supply trucks). Now destroy enemy's command vehicle (it might flees).

Destroy enemy's artillery HQ (4)

When you gain control over choppers use them to quickly eliminate car [4] which will try to alarm Russians. After that destroy command car in the local sector [5] and capture FOB [6]. Now start heading south and eliminate all encounter enemies on the road and in the forests [7] (picture below). Resupply gunships and continue journey due south toward town [8]. Near buildings is AA Tunguska so attack it quickly with all choppers.

Eliminate infantry in the town [8] and all nearby units. After that capture FOB [9], resupply units and start heading due east [10]. Fly as close to the south edge of map as it possible. After a while you will detect command car (picture below). Destroy it with couple of shots.

Don't let to alarm the Russian troops (2) - additional

After capture airbase [3] quickly get all choppers and send them toward vehicle [4] which will try to alarm Russians. Destroy it (picture below) and you will complete this task.

Free imprisoned NATO's soldiers (1) - additional

After capture southern town [8] eliminate all nearby units and as a reward you will get Leopard tanks.
