This chapter is dedicated to Cephalon Simaris - a neutral syndicate in Warframe. You'll get to know its offer, the benefits stemming from longstanding cooperation, and what types of mission there are to complete.

Cephalon is a being that searches for knowledge and attempts to immortalize all beings through Synthesis. This faction has its own reputation system in which points are added only through the process of Synthesis. To perform a synthesis, you'll need to equip a Synthesis Scanner - every scan adds a little amount of reputation points. There are special Synthesis missions - you can receive them directly from Cephalon. Those missions involve scanning of the chosen target. You'll receive opportunities to scan a target during normal missions (Cephalon will inform you if a target can be found in the given mission). To find a target, use the scanner - it will show you the way. Your target will have a few scannable points. Once you've scanned all elements, the target will undergo the Synthesis process, ending the current mission.

Cephalon Simaris can be found in almost any relay. The syndicate offers a few interesting weapons that offer better synthesis and increase codex knowledge (Simulor and Heliocor), Exilus Adapter blueprints, and, most of all, a key to Simulacrum - a place where you can test your hero, weaponry, create opponents and train.
