Vor's reward is the first mission in Warframe, designed to introduce the player to the world of the game. The mission consists of 15 simple parts, but the most important event is the choice of the first Warframe and a weapon. Moreover, you'll receive credits and some mods for your Warframe and weaponry.

Warframe

Excalibur

One of the starting Warframes - Warframe - Beginning Mission (Selection of first Warframe and weapons) - Warfeame - Gameplay - Warframe Game Guide

One of the starting Warframes. Great for beginners - has many useful offensive and defensive abilities. Receives a +10% bonus to attack speed and a +10% to damage when equipped with a Sword, Dual Swords, Nikanas, or Rapiers (the sword from Excalibur's fourth ability also applies). Can deal serious damage when developed correctly. If you are looking for something balanced or planning to use melee weapons, choose this Warframe.

Mag

Mage abilities are powered by magnetism - Warframe - Beginning Mission (Selection of first Warframe and weapons) - Warfeame - Gameplay - Warframe Game Guide

Mage abilities are powered by magnetism. Has average Crowd Control and manipulation abilities. Not a good choice for newbies. Has more armor than health points, which makes this Warframe more susceptible to toxic damage that is dealt over time. After certain modifications able to kill numerous opponents using a single ability. His Bullet Jump ability automatically pulls in the items lying on the ground (leftover items from your opponents).

Volt

Volt is an electrical Warframe - Warframe - Beginning Mission (Selection of first Warframe and weapons) - Warfeame - Gameplay - Warframe Game Guide

Volt is an electrical Warframe. Has abilities that can be utilized to defend yourself and scale distances. Volt's electric skills are very effective against Corpus - electricity can easily destroy enemy shields. His passive ability allows you to deal additional electric damage with every struck hit. The passive is charged between Volt's attacks (during movement). In all, Volt can accumulate up to 1000 electricity damage that can be distributed to normal attacks with each struck hit of a weapon or an ability. Can be utilized as a defensive character thanks to the ability to place an immobile shield or a mobile one. Suited for completing missions in rapid succession and to grind. His final ability paralyzes and deals damage over time. A good Warframe for newbie players - you'll become infatuated with his dash ability.

Weapons

Main

MK1-Braton - A rifle that can be used at any range. Deals Slash damage. Good accuracy, low recoil, an extended clip and a good rate of fire. A good primary weapon - consider equipping it for the initial missions in the game. Low base damage, small chance for a status and low critical damage.

MK1-Paris - A bow - a good choice for stealth missions and to deal large amounts of damage to single targets. Weak against larger groups of opponents. Deals piercing damage effective against Armor. Good chance of critical damage and a good chance of a status -a charged arrow can pierce through opponents. Downsides: Short parabolic flight, needs sniper rifle ammo, weak when attempting to deal damage to shields and health points.

It is recommended to take one loud weapon e.g. the primary one as a main weapon against opponents (extermination, survival etc.) and one silent weapon e.g. a sidearm, for covert missions.

Sidearms

Lato - an accurate pistol useful at any range. A good choice for a starting weapon. Large Slash damage, good rate of fire, low recoil, quick reload and good accuracy. Its downsides are very low critical chance and small damage against shields and Armor, as well as a low chance of dealing status damage (fire damage, ice damage etc.)

MK1-Kunai - throwing knives. Useful for silent missions. Quick reload, silent, high rate of fire, the knife is propelled by a parabolic flight. The projectile takes a certain amount of time to land (Travel Time), making it hard for the knife to hit a remote moving target. Low chance of critical and status damage. Deals piercing damage (Puncture).

Melee weapons

Skana - a sword offering low damage and low chance of critical damage. Good slashing damage (Slash), effective against (Infested) and some of Corpus enemies. Compared with MK1 - Bo, Skana offers average range, damage and attack speed. A good and well-rounded weapon that will be perfect for beginners.

MK1 - Bo - a cane dealing serious damage, of large range and low attack speed when compared to Skana. Effective against
