The following chapter provides information on the available types of victories. Each type was described in a separate section.
End-of-time Victory
The easiest type of victory. Your task is to survive two hundred years. If your protagonist is not elected the Mayor by that time, you will lose the scenario.
Of course, this means that you need to spend a lot of time to complete the scenario and not necessarily put too much effort into it. Make sure to be on good terms with other political parties and blackmail those that have majority of seats in City Council. Accumulate prestige points to overrule the Council when needed.
If you keep your citizens happy and the city will keep a steady economic progress, you shouldn't have too much trouble with finishing the game.
Scientific Victory
To achieve this victory, it's best to play as Sant' Elias family, as they generate additional benefits from education. For this type of victory it is crucial to max out institutions connected with education.
You need to max out the University, and make sure that enough people have access to education. Apart from that, all you need to do is make sure that all types of schools are built in the city and that higher education receives a high government grant. It may seem a demanding type of victory but as soon as you advance to Era V, it will become one of the easiest to achieve.
Political Victory
To achieve this victory you need to focus on the politics of your city. You need to satisfy needs of your citizens and generate high level of citizen happiness.
From the very beginning you should support political parties that share your beliefs. Hostile parties should hate you and neutral ones should accept your decisions and agree with you.
Economic matters are not that important, and you should pay attention to decisions during various events. If you are not familiar with English, you may make a wrong decision which will eventually prevent you from achieving the political victory.
Economic Victory
To achieve this victory you need to focus on the economy of your city. Apart from upgrading important communication and trade facilities (railroad station and harbor), you need to keep an eye on a steady financial flow and make sure that unemployment is low.
It's crucial that you manage your districts wisely and not get involved in politics too much. You need to support local industries and try to maximize citizen happiness. Pay attention to demand on districts and adjust taxes in a way that would allow investors to develop.
Remarkable city Victory
It's the most difficult type, as all the requirements are hidden until you actually achieve them. They are related to the events generated by the game, so you cannot affect them directly. Certain events are connected to demands and problems of your citizens.
