You begin this Episode as Mike. At first go to the entrance gate on your left to collect the Fortune Totem #2. To enter the building you may either use the main entrance or an alternate path described below.
Left from the main entrance you may find the basement entrance covered by a steel board. Push it and go inside since you may find there the Loss Totem #4. To leave this room move a barrel to the scaffolding and enter the building.
After the cutscene go towards the main entrance door and look toward left. You will find the administration notes on the desk. Now move slightly back and pass the gate with the "admin" tag. You may find inside a safe with the clocking-in cards. Behind the corner you may also find the broken camera. Pass the next door and head to the corridor.
Go straight ahead and enter a small room where you may take the old newspaper from the desk. Go through the corridor and on your right, in front of the stairs, you may find another room with the medical notes.
Below the stairs you may find the machete on your right which will be very useful later on. Few steps ahead you may see a greet curtain with the restraining chair behind it. Go further through the corridor and in the room on your right you may find the telegram about miners. After few steps you will enter the mortuary. Camera will focus on the cut-off hand moving on some device. Don't touch it! If you will you are going to have to either cut your fingers off or use machete to disarm the trap. Your butterfly effect will be actualized by the At What Price tag. Also if you will lose your fingers you are going to receive the Scream Too! Trophy.
The corridor will lead you to the room where you will find the closed door leading to the mortuary. You may find here the strange skull and among the chambers the name tag as well as the death certificate. In the very last furnace you may find a rotten body and the access card which will allow you to open the door. After few steps you will get to the stairs from where you are going to be chased by a wolf however since it is just a cutscene you don't need to deal with any QTE sequence. Once you'll get to safety if you still have a machete (you haven't used it in the mortuary) the butterfly (At What Price) effect will be updated.
After the cutscene get close to the window and jump from it on the lower floor. Thanks to your access card you may open the door to the chapel. You will find there the wolf you have already met. Wait for the interaction time to expire and stay still. It will allow you to tame it and the butterfly effect will be updated by the Man's Best Friend. It is also the first step to unlock The Skilful Wolf Man trophy.
The second phase of unlocking The Skilful Wolf Man trophy is to feed your new pet with the bone which is locked in the chest nearby the wall. In the center of this room there is also the cigar box.
Go to the right edge of the room to the place highlighted by the headlight. You will find the jacket and the revolver. In an adjacent room you may find the map or, as you may prefer, the clippings wall. Go along the wall to find the exit door. Destroy the lock in the door with your revolver. Before walking downstairs in the next room turn toward the window where you may find the Death Totem #3 and the miner photo.
After getting downstairs you may find a barrel in the end of the corridor. Move the barrel to find a lock to fire at. Watch the last cutscene and finish this part of the game.
Now you are going to play as Matt and Emily. Try to open the gate which is unfortunately locked. Return to the cable car station. Before entering it pass the wooden bench and go toward the bushes where you may find the Death Totem #2. No go to the station where you may find the axe wedged into the door. There are few ways to get inside however your decision will have no further effect.
Inside the station find the map. Emily will ask you to find out how to turn on the cable cars. After watching the control panel you will see that there is no key inside it. Emily will remind you about the tower although don't agree with her plan (it will affect the later events). Your decision will result in the butterfly effect (On the Sam Page). Take your friend to the structure where you will face a QTE.
After passing the obstacle turn left. Behind the station building you may find the Guidance Totem #5. Follow the Emily. Together you will go upstairs however once you will get to the top turn left at first since you may find there a shed with the Beth's phone. Turn right where under a tree you will find the Fortune Totem #3. Now go to the edge where you will finish this part.
The last part of this episode is related to Sam who needs to go to the basement. The balloons will show you the way however when you will get to the ground floor get to the main entrance to the shelter where you will find a locker and the business card.
After getting downstairs you will watch a cutscene during which Sam will try to escape from the murderer. You have to succeed if you want to collect all the clues which are going to be available in the 7th chapter. Some actions you are going to make are important and have to be completed in a right way, some others are insignificant. At first you have to choose between throwing a vase or running right away but this decision doesn't matter. In the next room you have to jump over the bed. Watch out when you will get to the stairs (short QTE).
If you have hidden the baseball bat in the second episode you may now hide yourself behind the boiler (if you don't have a bat - run away). Wait two times during the interactions what will allow you to attack the butcher. It will not really do that much however you will unlock The Psycho Path trophy. If you will also use the bat or run away you will affect the butterfly effect (Something For Later).
Run to the door and try to force them to get inside. Prepare to lock the instantly with the short QTE. Go forward and during the next decision hide yourself. Turn off the flashlight by pressing the shown button and don't move. The killer will go away and you will be safe (butterfly effect: Run or Hide).
Warning - hiding yourself will not keep you safe if Sam will be hurt (killing the squirrel by Chris during the episode one. The butterfly effect: Rats With Bushy Tails.
