This page contains the second part of the walkthrough for chapter 6 of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves called Desperate Times. Nathan Drake has to go through more destroyed buildings - this will involve climbing and jumping on shelves. The most challenging part is the encounter with the hostile helicopter - your only solution is to run away.

Time for another platforming section. Walk on the concrete fragment of the ceiling and grab the wooden beams located under the walkway connecting the two buildings. There, you will encounter an opponent that you can defeat by throwing through the window - just wait until he gets closer.

Get ready to face several opponents inside the rooms. There won't be many of them. Opponents will attack while you are moving up the ruined staircase [secret 4].

Reach the top, go past the passage on the left, and reach the rooftop - this will give you a better position to eliminate the remaining enemies. The further path leads back to the building you left earlier - this time, you have to move through the corridor connecting the two skyscrapers.

When you get back to the hotel, look for the next concrete fragment of the structure that hangs above the city [secret 5]. Go over it and jump on the beam located further away. After that, you have to reach the floor above. You will be attacked by an opponent standing on the opposite side of the room (you can quickly run up to him and finish with your fists). To get to his position, jump over the gaps in the floor.

Move further inside the building, go past the locked elevator, and turn into the room on the right. You come across a ladder, but before you use it, jump over the gap in the floor into the room below and turn on the power to free Chloe. Go towards the ladder...

...and reach the rooftop. Thus, you will get to one of the most beautiful moments in the game. Before you go further, jump into the pool and listen to the conversation. Go to the destroyed fragment of the roof and jump towards the canopy. Reach its end (the picture on the right) and start climbing.

Watch a cut-scene and then use the line to reach the building. You will get to the roof - the path you have to follow goes through the almost completely destroyed corridor. Grab the yellow boards on the left.

The hostile helicopter will attack you during this climbing section. Unfortunately, its destructive power will destroy the structure. Run straight and then jump on wooden platforms - one of them will get destroyed. While you are holding onto the vertical beam, you can easily eliminate opponents standing on the roof nearby.

Once they are dead, jump towards that roof and quickly find a cover to hide from the helicopter and new enemies. The further path leads through another destroyed building - jump to get there.
