This chapter is devoted to the Infirmary, one of the upgrades available for Spires in Tyranny. Individual topics connected to the upgrade are described in separate sections.
General information
The Infirmary is the upgrade that lets you brew potions. It is useful regardless of the chosen plot path. If you often resort to violence, you should invest in maintaining it. Apart from several recruits listed below, the Infirmary offers the alchemical table which lets you work on more sophisticated potions with unique effects. Moreover, after buying the said upgrade, resting in any Spire will grant you temporary bonuses to the Endurance, Will, and Magic defenses.
Apart from the above, this upgrade doesn't offer many benefits, but it is worth visiting often since the recruits brew free potions for you, which is of great import in financial terms.

Below is the list of all recruits connected to the said upgrade. Remember that you can only hire six of them.

Contrary to the researches that can be conducted in other Spire upgrades, potion recipes can be used multiple times. Moreover, you can brew several potions of a given type simultaneously, which obviously translates into higher component consumption and longer preparation time.
