Deserter's March is a miniature location in which you won't spend much time. However, it is a noteworthy one because several quests take place in it if you allied yourself with the Scarlet Chorus. You will arrive here for the first time during The Symphony of the Forge quest, and later while performing side missions (provided that you accepted them).
Quests in Deserter's March
Main quest: The Symphony of the Forge / On the Hunt - after the events at Lethian's Crossing and the Bronze Brotherhood's invasion of it, you will be in pursuit after Raetommon, and here you can find the first traces of him.
Side quest: Blind Ambition - here, you will find Kalea, Kallion's sister. The quest can be taken on in Lethian's Crossing or in this location by talking to the girl.
Non-player characters in Deserter's March
Kalea - a lost girl whom you can help get back home, dispose of, or help to join the Bronze Brotherhood.
Locke and Myrek - both are members of the Bronze Brotherhood. You have to kill Myrek, but you can spare Locke if you want. They are characters connected to The Symphony of the Forge / On the Hunt main quest.
