This page of the guide to Trek to Yomi explains whether you can replay completed chapters through Chapter Select. This is important if you want to e.g. find missed secrets and collectibles.

1 - Trek to Yomi: Chapter Select - is it possible? - FAQ - Trek to Yomi Guide
  1. While playing Trek to Yomi, you can easily miss an activity or item. For example, you may miss an artifact, or an upgrade to the hero's equipment or stats, or skip some attacks that would give you unique trophies. Additionally, the campaign features several choices that you'll have to make. All this means that you may want to go back to a certain point in the game.
  2. Trek to Yomi unfortunately does not feature Chapter Select. The main menu only allows you to continue the game (assuming you haven't finished it yet) and start a new game. Selecting a new campaign will delete your current progress , i.e. you will have to find all the collectibles again and play all chapters from scratch. If you want to change the choices you made, you have to replay the whole game.
  3. Since you can't repeat individual chapters, you should carefully explore the area to make sure that you collected 100% of the available secrets and did all possible unique activities. Take your time before you move to the next locations, because you may not be able to return. You can load the last checkpoint if you need to, but then you will have to repeat the last part of the mission.
