Collaboration in an MMO is essential. Only by working hand in hand with other players will you win the most valuable rewards. This page of our Tower of Fantasy guide describes Joint Operations.
How to start Joint Operation?
To start the Joint Operation, you must first enter the Adventure menu (upper-right corner), then the Select tab. You'll learn more about the Adventure menu on a separate page.
It's worth noting that running this mode costs 90 Vitality. It's a sort of energy which replenishes overtime. You can use it to open reward chests (30 vit for a chest). Nothing prevents you from going on a Joint Operation without this resource, but you will return without any treasures.
After entering the Joint Operation tab, you will be able to choose from many various locations. Each of them has specified days when is available to players.
After selecting an adventure, you will also be able to set the difficulty level (on the left). They are locked based on your character's level - the higher it is, the tougher battles you can take on, but the rewards will also be better.
In addition, each difficulty level has a suggested CS value you should have (you will see it on the right side of the screen, next to the required level). However, this is not a strict requirement. You can read more about this stat on a separate page: CS - what is it?
Recommended Combos section suggests how your team should be created to be the most effective.
Below you will find the potential rewards that you can find in the chests. And at the bottom of the screen there are options to join the game.
If you choose Find Team, you will proceed to the tab where you can join someone's team or create one yourself.
However, the fastest option is to press GO, and then Match. This will cause the computer automatically select a team for you. This usually happens very quickly.
Gameplay
The skirmishes in Joint Operation involve exploring locations and fighting waves of enemies. After each completed location, you will be able to open a loot chest (for 30 Vitality). You will be accompanied by a team of 3 people. At the very end of the location, you will face a boss .
After the victory, you will be able to collect the last treasure. It will also start a countdown to the end of the session. However, it is worth leaving manually (to save time). To do this, release the mouse cursor with the left Alt key, and press the exit symbol in the upper left corner of the screen.
