ToF contains a massive amount of shops, each one offering different items. This page of the guide lists all the shops and the products they offer.
- Crystal Dust Store
- Weapon Store
- Matrix Store
- Crew Store
- Support Store
- Points Store
You must complete the tutorial before you can enter the Shop tab. Then click the Shop icon we've marked with the yellow arrow. To do so you must first hold down the Alt key to unlock the cursor.
There are five tabs to choose from in the in-game store. The first tab, Wanderer's Supplies, contains products you can purchase for real money, such as Monthly Pass Supplies - 100 dark crystals every day you log in for a month. This is also the store where you can spend Tanium, the game's premium currency.
If you don't want to spend real cash you should view the Daily Supply Box tab, which contains daily login rewards, and the HOT tab, where you can spend dark crystals on Gold Nuclei and other rare materials.
Commissary is a tab available from the main menu, accessed with the Escape key. The Commissary tab is in the middle of the menu, and it contains many shops, such as the Crystal Dust Store or the Points Store.
Crystal Dust Store
The Crystal Dust Store sells materials you need to enhance your gear. You can also purchase gifts here. After opening them, we recommend gifting them to one of your Simulacra in exchange for their respect and special rewards.
You'll start unlocking more rewards as your level increases. Remember there's a limit to how much of each item you can purchase, found in the bottom-right of the screen.
The Weapon Store lets you trade Black gold, obtained for spending Gold Nuclei for Special Orders, to purchase any weapons available in the store. There is a weekly limit for SSR weapons - you can purchase up to two identical weapons per week. There is no such limit for SR weapons. Remember - the weapons offered can change overtime!
The Matrix Store lets you trade Base chips for Matrix boxes. You can open them for Matrices, accessories you use to upgrade your weapons. Before buying a box, check the effects the matrices give when you equip two, three or four at once.
The Crew Store offers items such as Potent Omnium crystals you can use to enhance your Suppressor. You'll also find relic shards here too. Collecting enough shards lets you upgrade the relic, making it more effective during exploration and combat.
In this store you spend Merit, a special currency earned for completing Crew tasks.
This is a unique store offering a variety of products, such as regular weapon enhancement materials or Black Nuclei.
You can buy them for Tokens obtained by helping new and returning players.
The last store is closely tied to Training Facilities. Completing their challenges rewards you with Training points. You can spend them here to buy gifts for your characters of varying rarity. You can also purchase the most common weapon enhancement materials or matricies here.
You can learn more about currencies, how to earn them and where to spend them on a separate page of the guide: Game currency.
