It is worth checking out, before you leave the building, if nobody is looking towards the first door.

Hack into the system, thanks to which you will disable the fan. Quickly, walk outside of the room to prevent being spotted . Just as carefully, you need to return to the building's exit. You should be especially careful while passing by the entrance doors to the central area and near the exit door.

The hole that you need to jump into

Turn left and set out towards the square, with the single guard, which you have already visited. Return to the narrow passage between fences and take the first turn to the right. Approach the yellow barriers and jump into a small hole. Once in the new place, go left, thanks to which you will soon reach the fan that you have recently disabled. Grab onto the hook and slide down into the vertical shaft where you will have to avoid laser traps, for the first time in this mission

The ladder

While playing this one, and all of the other scenes of this type, remember not to cross, under any circumstances, the laser beams because this result in failing the mission automatically. First, go right and, early enough, wait for the first laser beam to change its position. Drop down, and shimmy to the right to reach the yellow ladder.

Keep going towards the bottom part of the shaft and watch out for the next laser beam under Fisher. Wait for the beam to appear to the right of the ladder and approach, quickly, another ledge to be able to shimmy to the left. After you reach the spot shown in the screenshot, you must pull up , thanks to which you will avoid one of the lasers. After it moves away, drop down again and finish your journey to the left to the entrance to the ventilation shaft.

The walk along the shaft involves the necessity to grab onto several ledges but, you will bump into further lasers only after you get into the vertical shaft. Drop down and let your character lean his back against the wall of the shaft. Move to the left while standing, and stop after you make it into the spot shown in the screenshot. You need to wait for the lasers to move away and hang down quickly. Shimmy slightly to the left and make it over to the other end of the horizontal beam. Now, pull up again.

The vicinities of the entrance to the second ventilation shaft

Move left again to reach a ladder after several moments. Wait for the laser to move far to the top, hang down above the ladder and let go to grab onto it. Wait for the horizontal laser to move away, get a bit lower and do the same in the case of the next laser. Without haste, make it to the next ventilation tunnel.
