You can now go ahead. After you reach another big location, the game will initiate a cutscene that you will learn from that the enemies are preparing an ambush for Fisher. Right after you regain control over your character, stand in the place shown in the screenshot, thanks to which you will be able to plan your next moves without being bothered.

The way through the right part of the hall

Wait for the enemy that is patrolling the right part of the room, finally reaches the area around the stairs where you started your exploration of this location. Jump over the balustrade and hide quickly behind the first pillar to the right. You now need to dash between pillars, best by pressing the correct key/button. Thanks to this you will diminish the risk of being detected. It is good to know that in, a risky situation, you can climb onto the pillars that you pass by. Still, this shouldn't be necessary.

Sneak next to the enemy with shield

Do the last step only after the enemy with shield turns towards the pillars located to the left of the starting point. Make sure, at the same time, that none of the remaining enemies is looking towards the exit from this location. Sneak past the enemy with shield and go towards the exit door.

Additional tips for the Panther/Attack playing style: the enemies with shields are invulnerable to most of the conventional attacks like grenades with tear gas, or with sleeping gas. The only effective method of taking them down is by surprising them from behind.
