Note-it is a good idea to equip yourself for this mission, above all, with smoke grenades, although the sticky noisemakers can also come in handy. Apart from that, it is recommended that you buy upgrades for your apparel that silence your movements because, in many situations, you will have to sneak behind enemies.
The beginning of this mission is untypical in that you need to follow general Rohani, avoid detection and without attacking any of the guards you encounter. Do not go along the main route and choose the lawn located to the left. Go ahead and stop after you reach the first guard and the security camera. Note that the game informs you of the camera monitoring so, this will allow you to avoid being detected effectively. At the same time, it is worth knowing that the cameras that you find further in the game can be destroyed or, temporarily disabled with the EMP charges. Still, this isn't necessary for the time being.
Wait for the first guard to pass you by from the right and walk, carefully under the first camera by keeping to the wall of the building on the left. Grab onto the cornice in the spot shown in the screenshot and, after you climb onto the roof, stop above the guard standing in front of the entrance to the inaccessible building.
Remain on the roof until the general starts talking to the guard, diverting his attention this way. Carefully, jump down, take a few steps forward and climb onto the next roof. Walk over to the other end and drop down again. Do not move straight away after the dropdown, and wait for the camera to rotate to the right.
The general should, soon, resume his march and you should do the same. Keep going ahead, and hide behind walls that you pass by, whenever necessary. Stop after you reach the street and wait for the first guard to go right. Approach the wall on the left and start observing the second enemy, who is standing on the left. Start acting only after the terrorist turns the opposite direction. Move quickly towards the underground parking lot.
