Find Nouri's hideout | Mission 4 - Private Estate Splinter Cell: Blacklist Guide

In spite of what the game suggests, you do not need to have the Sonar Pulse on, because you can find Nouri's secret room without any problem on your own, basing on this description. It is, still, a good idea to use the night vision goggles, so you can move around more efficiently and notice the enemies earlier. Go ahead, open the door to the nearest corridor and turn right again. Note - if you do not get to the lasers in time, before a guard appears in this area, return to the starting point and wait for the enemy to go to one of the nearby bathrooms located on this floor.

Approach the central area of the estate and jump over the balustrade to the left. Shimmy to the left, stop in the spot shown in the screenshot, i.e. right after you get past the first corner. Wait here for the guard to go left and jump over the balustrade.

Go left, but turn into the first corridor to the right. Take several steps ahead here and enter the first room to the left (the one with the door open). Approach the shelf on the left shown in the above screenshot and pick up the Dead Drop shown in the screenshot, and collect the reward of 10 thousand dollars.

Return to the spot where you have just jumped over the balustrade. Go right now, for a change, and take the first turn to the left. Carefully, walk under the second laser trap. Stand next to the entrance to the bedroom and wait for the guard, which is standing at the other side, moves away.

Walk inside and turn left straight away to walk into the bathroom shown in the above screenshot. Stand in the spot marked by the game and press the interaction key/button. This will allow Fisher plant explosives and make it to the secret room. You will watch a longer cutscene, after which you will have to start protecting Nouri.
