Once you feel you're ready, give the order to proceed with the assault. Your teammates shouldn't have any problems securing this floor of the warehouse. As a result, you will only have to deal with the ground floor. Take cover behind the pillar (screen) and use the grenades to kill enemy troops. Make sure everyone has been killed before moving on.

Gather the rest of the team around your position and start moving towards the second area of the warehouse. Just as before, you should consider assaulting the room from the first floor. Use the camera and you'll notice that two terrorists are stationed here. Use a breaching charge to get rid of them.

Enter the warehouse along with the rest of the team. The third terrorist is going to appear to your left. Destroy an explosive barrel to kill him quickly. The rest of the terrorists are standing below you. Just as before, you should consider aiming at the explosive barrels (screen), so you won't have to spend too much time trying to get rid of them. Also, watch out for soldiers equipped with shields. Use your grenades to kill them.

I would recommend leaving this upper platform, because clearing out the third warehouse is going to be much easier if you decide to attack it from the ground floor. As a result, use the grappel point (screen) and wait for your colleagues to join you. Proceed to the next location by moving to your left.

Approach this new warehouse slowly. Try eliminating a few targets from a larger distance. You should also wait for some of the terrorists to use the ropes (screen), because you'll be given an opportunity to score more points for killing them. You can also shoot at the explosive barrels, however you would have to wait for enemy units to move closer.

Enter the warehouse carefully and try securing it by eliminating all hostiles. Thankfully, none of the terrorists will be standing on the upper balcony, so you'll only have to clear out this ground level. Once this is done, proceed towards a small passageway (screen). Use the stairs to get to the upper level and approach a new door.

The new corridor is being patrolled by a single enemy unit. I would recommend acting alone. If you're lucky, you should be able to surprise this soldier. Once he's gone, start moving forward. You will eventually come across a junction and you should go to your right. Approach a new door and order your men to place an explosive charge. After that, proceed with the assault.
