Go to the left and once you get to the edge of the rocky ledge, use the rope arrow in order to create the rope bridge by aiming at the interactive point visible in a distance.

Slide down the line and take cover behind the nearest wall, because two bandits will appear in the distance. Theoretically you could wait until they leave this place but it is better to surprise them and get easy XP for eliminating them.

Keep moving through narrow balconies, jumping to nearby rocks from time to time. Eventually you have to get to the rope bridge shown on the screen. Grab the line and use the rope ascender to speed up your ride.

After Lara lands on the new ledge, approach the next line and grab it to slide down to survivor's camp (reward: 100 XP). Watch the new cut-scene here, after which you'll advance to the next stage.
