How to change hairstyle and where is the barber in Division 2?
At level 15 of the character and after unlocking a new settlement (the Campus Settlement), you will need to complete the mission (Bank Headquarters). The barber you want to unlock is called Joshua Summers. After completing the mission, talk to Joshua, and perform further commands (follow the icon on the minimap). After talking to Joshua, the hairdresser should already be available in the base of operations. To change your appearance, you will need some money. Remember that you will not be able to fully reset your appearance - to do this, you would have to create a new character!
