Once you get to the place, walk toward the door to Beauty and Beast's apartment and choose Door - Knock. The door is opened by Beast, with whom you start talking.

Beauty points you toward the place she borrowed money from. The place belongs to Crooked Man.

After the conversation with Beauty and Beast you have to make an important decision. You can choose between Lucky Pawn and Butcher Shop.
Note: Next two chapters in this episode (Hard Case and Cut Deep) refer to this choice. There is, however, no actual difference between them. The only one is finding Crane's coat, which, if you choose Lucky Pawn, is in Cut Above or the other way round.
