You begin the second episode by hitting a Zombie, who's feeding on a rabbit in the woods. Then you will get to know Mark, a new companion. You'll have a chat with him. The tables below contain only the questions and answers that are relevant to the further gameplay. You'll say what you think about Kenny in the first dialogue, and in the second - about Larry.

The topic of the next conversation will be whether to take a risk and shoot a bird that is sitting on a nearby tree, or not. You can agree or not - it won't matter anyway. Soon, when you meet David, Travis and Ben the situation is going to get a little more complicated. It does not matter what you reply to the next two questions. After a while, you'll be faced with the first of the five tough decisions in the second episode.

David, the teacher, got caught in the bear trap. You can try doing a lot of things right now. You can look at and use one of several items: a Stone, a Stick on the left, or you can try to use the Trap to open it, or chop the Chain using your axe. Unfortunately, there's only one way out... you need to chop off David's Leg.

  • Chopping David's leg off and taking him to the inn.
  • Leaving David to be prey to the zombies.
If you wait too long, you wont be able to cut David free - Chapter 1: Going Hungry | Episode II: Starved for Help - Episode II: Starved for Help - The Walking Dead Game Guide

If you wait too long, you won't be able to cut David free. In such a case, you'll be forced to leave him. As a result of the incident, the dark-haired teenager, Travis, is going to get injured and Mark will take him to the camp ("You weren't able to free David").

However, if you decide to cut Davids leg off, youll have to use your axe four times to chop off the Leg - Chapter 1: Going Hungry | Episode II: Starved for Help - Episode II: Starved for Help - The Walking Dead Game Guide

However, if you decide to cut David's leg off, you'll have to use your axe four times to chop off the Leg. Mark will take David, but Travis - the dark-haired teenager - will be caught and eaten up by the zombies. ("You cut David free").

Keep in mind that you cannot wait too long, otherwise it might turn out that you simply won't have any time left to chop David's leg off. Regardless of the decision you have taken, one person will die and the other, though injured, will be taken to the motor inn.
