Use a spade to make a hole in a false wall. Holmes says that iron bar holds it. You need to pull it out.

From a pillar nearby entrance take a rope.

Use it on a iron bar.

Then approach a millstone and wrap it around with the chain you've taken from an arsenal.

Join the chain with the other end of rope.

Unfortunately, the cog is missing - maybe it fell downstairs.
