How to craft food? | Crafting The Flame in the Flood Guide

In The Flame in the Flood an entire meter has been devoted to food. Fortunately, it is not a major problem to obtain it.

Basic food with nutritious values can be eaten directly from the level of the equipment - for this, find resources with Nutrition factor. Some of them are also provided with an indication of the number of days, after which the food goes off - eating them after the expiry date can lead to sickness (see the below screenshot).

To obtain more complex (and more nutritious) foods, access crafting menu and food tab. After you have selected the type of food, you see a list of ingredients that you need to obtain to craft it.
