Boersgard | Chapter 8 The Banner Saga 2 Guide

Firstly, you will visit a village called Boersgard. The tutorial will get you through the basics of the caravan management (described in detail in the Caravan chapter in this guide). You can talk to three of your teammates, but they will not affect further events in any way. When you acquire supplies and rest to increase morale (optional), you can leave this place.
When you are ready, just click on the port to leave this place and start the journey. Hakon will talk to you, but this conversation will not have any impact on further story. The first part of the journey is carried out on boats, so it's easy to lose people or supplies. You command an enormous group of nearly 1000 people - on one hand, you don't have to worry about minor losses, on the other - you need to have enough supplies. In the beginning, you will have enough supplies to last for 10 days to reach the next stop or be lucky to find them on your way (more about that in the next sub-chapter.)
