Laura
In chapter 7, you will play as Laura. She will wake up locked in jail. If you are nice to Travis, he will work with you. This will unlock the Above the Law achievement.
If you keep arguing with the sheriff, try to take his gun, etc. your actions will have tragic consequences. This will unlock the Mutually Assured achievement.
In the cell, you can find The World tarot card and the Scrawled Limerick clue.
After seeing Chris' transformation, you can head off to explore the area. Searching the police station, you'll find The Chariot tarot card; the clues Charred Sheriff's Badge and Bizarre Yet Bonafide Podcast; and the Case & Desist Letter evidence.
Bizarre Yet Bonafide Podcast is related to the Bizzare Yet Bonafide trophy.
If you want to finish searching the area, just go back to bed.
An attempt to take the sheriff's gun away will fail. It is better not to do this so as not to ruin the relationship between the characters. Stealing a syringe doesn't have to end in tragedy. If you don't want to use it, you can hide it in the stash in the detention area.

If Jacob is alive, he will end up in cages in the basement of the Hackett's house. This is where you will encounter Constance for the first time.
