Location: You will find this mentor's diary page in the bathroom, on the second floor of the Niwa Resort.

Just look in the sink – you'll see an empty medicine vial and a page from the mentor's diary. Pick it up and place it in your inventory.

A Very Special Boy

Location: You will find this page from the mentor's diary in the dayroom, in the Niwa Resort.

You will find the page from the mentor's diary in the normal world. Examine the tabletop where a windmill and other things are standing. The page lies beneath the windmill. Pick it up and place it in your inventory.
