In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you'll find plenty of Korok Seeds that you can exchange with Hestu for an extra inventory slot. The mysterious flower is located on one of the snow-covered peaks of Great Sky Island. It is impossible to interact with it. The Dandelion will fly up in the air when you hit it with any weapon. When a flower falls to the ground, it disappears instantly.

Dandelion is in the winter part of Great Sky Island. You can find it when you visit Gutanbac Shrine during The Closed Door main quest. If you want to catch Dandelion at a later stage of the game, teleport to Nachoyah Shrine, exit the cave and use the glider to quickly fly over to the hill where the flower is.

You can come across Hestu completely by accident. We managed to find him while traveling to Rito Village, near Lindor's Brow Cave and Lindor's Bow Skyview Tower.
