How to complete the Mogawak Shrine quest?

Upon entering the Shrine, approach the empty battery. Use Ultrahand to place it on the block, pictured to the right. Then attach a wooden plank to the mechanism on the left (as pictured above). The water will start turning the crank while the electricity will charge the battery.
Take the charged battery with you using Ultrahand and return to the center of the location.
You'll find an elevator and a place to insert the battery. Do it, restore power and get to the top. This completes the quest.
How to open the first chest?
To the right, underwater, where the wooden plank was, there is a treasure chest. Pull it out with Ultrahand and place it on the surface. Open it to get a Magic Scepter.
How to open the second chest?
Before taking the elevator up, take the battery with you and place it to the left, in the special charging area. Then use Ultrahand to move the underwater orbs as close to each other as possible. This will cause electricity to flow and open a closed gate hiding a chest. Inside you'll find an Opal.
