Mabe Village

1. #1 On a field under a plant between the store and the Trendy Game.

1. #2 Underground in the southeast corner of CiaCiao's doghouse. You'll need a shovel to dig it out.

1. #3 From the fishing minigame, when you catch your first Blooper.
2. #4 From the fishing minigame, when you catch your first Cheep Cheep.

1. #5 Winning at the Trendy Game.
2. #6 Winning at the Trendy Game, however, you'll have to make a lot of progress in the game before another Secret Seashell shows up.

Toronbo Shores

1. #7 Dashing with Pegasus Boots into the single tree standing near the Tail Cave entrance.

1. #8 In the chest inside Tail Cave, in a secret room behind the cracked wall. A bomb is required.

1. #9 Dashing into the tree on the west side of Toronbo Shores.

1. #10 Digging out of the sand near a fallen bough between two trees on the east side of Toronbo Shores.

Mysterious Forest

1. #11 Underground in the northwest exit of the Mysterious Forest.

1. #12 Underground between blue flowers in the middle of the forest.

1. #13 Inside a chest along the southern border of the forest. Power Bracelet required to lifting a stone covering the passage to the chest.

Goponga Swamp

1. #14 Underground, west from the Goponga Swamp.

Koholint Prairie

1. #15 Underground in the middle of a small field of grass. South of the Witch's Hut near the single tombstone

Pothole Field

1. #16 Dashing into the tree next to the Telephone Booth between Mabe Village and The Key Cavern.

1. #17 Underground on top of the Key Cavern entrance.

1. #18 Under a plant on a small islet near the Key Cavern. Flippers or Pegasus Boots required.

1. #19 In a chest inside the tunnel beneath Richard's Mansion. You will get access to the tunnel after returning golden leaves to Richard.

1. #20 After blowing up the big skull to open a shortcut back to Koholint Prairie. Shovel required.

1. #21 Underground near the Owl Statue. To get to the top of the hill you need to go through a tunnel. The tunnel entrance is behind a cracked piece of wall.

1. #22 Under a stone in the Pig Moblin maze.

Kanalet Castle

1. #23 East of the Seashell Mansion, under a plant.

1. #24 Underwater near the waterfall in the moat behind the Kanalet Castle. Flippers required.

1. #25 In the underground cave on the southern edge of the Kanalet Castle. Hookshot required to get to the stairs.

Animal Village

1. #26 A reward for delivering the Goat's Letter to Mr. Write, return to Cristine in Animal Village.

1. #27 After talking with Zora in the house on the northeastern side of Animal Village. Magnifying Glass is required.

Martha's Bay

1. #28 Under a vase in the Ghost's House located near the Toronbo Shores.

1. #29 Under a plant on a small islet near the Telephone Booth. Flippers required.

1. #30 East from the Telephone Booth under a plant in the corner.

1. #31 Underground near the Owl Statue on a small islet. Hookshot required to get there.

Yarna Desert

1. #32 Underground in the northeast of the Yarna Desert between cactuses.

1. #33 Under a stone on the eastern edge of the Yarna Desert.

1. #34 After the mission with Marin, return to the place where she woke up the walrus. Play the Ballad of the Wind Fish on your Ocarina, and the walrus will reappear and give you a seashell.

Tabahl Wasteland

1. #35 Under a stone next to the board on the northeast of the Tabahl Wasteland.

1. #36 Underground on the east side of the Tabahl Wasteland.

1. #37 The reward for completing Dampe's fourth challenge, Fill Up Your Hearts.

Tal Tal Heights

1. #38 In the hole next to the Fast Travel Point. Seashell will fall out of the hole after throwing a bomb into it.

Rapids Ride

1. #39 In the chest. To get on this small islet you need to take the stairs in the last room on the northwest side of the Face Shrine.

1. #40 Underground in the corner of the little islet. Accessible only during the Rapid Raid. Use a Hookshot to get to the islet.

1. #41 The Reward for finishing the Rapid Race under 35 seconds. Use a Hookshot to move faster.

Ancient Ruins

1. #42 In a chest in the underground cave. The stairs are covered by one of the statues on the Ancient Ruins.

1. #43 Under a stone in the northeast corner of the maze above the Ancient Ruins.

Tal Tal Mountain

1. #44 In the hole to the west of the Henhouse. Throw a bomb from the bridge.

1. #45 Under a stone east from the Henhouse.

1. #46 Underwater near the waterfall.

1. #47 In a chest east from three waterfalls, to get there you have to go through a tunnel.

1. #48 In a chest inside Eagle's Tower. You can get there after defeating the Hinox.

Mt. Tamaranch

1. #49 Under a stone in the top of the mountain, the left side from the Wind Fish's Egg.

1. #50 Underground between small pieces of rocks, near the entrance to Turtle Rock.

Seashell Mansion rewards

You can collect rewards by visiting the Seashell Mansion located east from Kanalet Castle. Step on the scale and wait for the meter to count your shells. If you collected enough shells a prize box will fall.
