This level is a part of the Seattle Day 3 chapter, in which you play as Abby. The Marina doesn't offer many collectibles to find, but all of them can be easily missed. You can find 3 secrets in this level, namely:

Coin - Kansas
The coin can be found at the area where the stage begins. Don't go downstairs, but instead go to the top of the structure. The collectible lies on the ground next to the railing.
Coin - Louisiana
The coin can be found in the early part of the stage after reaching the Lenora St. Station platform. .
The secret is hidden to the right - it's behind the blue railing of the platform.
Marina Note
It's an artifact. You can find it after you reach the area shown in the picture. You can recognize it by the ladder. Don't use the ladder yet, but head straight ahead first.
Behind the ladder, you'll find an abandoned fish bar. Explore it.
