First, you have to get to the second area of the police station first. To do this, talk to Eddy. He'll give you a masterkey.
When you get into the locker room, your attention will be drawn to one of the padlocks. You can access it using a key. Go back to the officers' desks. There's a loose key in Wilson's drawer. Take it with you.
Go back to the locker. Open it and go through all the documents carefully.
Remember to return the key.
Take out the page with information on password reset. There's a lovely note on it with information about the new password.
Go back to Wilson's desk. Remember the card he had in his drawer - he was celebrating his 29th birthday.
At this point, everything gets easy. All you have to do is subtract the number 9 from 2015. You'll get 2006. With this result you can now check the password. Find the name of the winner from 2006.
The password to the computer is SALEM - you must use it on D. Wilson's account.
