Get over the fence and collect the items

First off, use the cube to make it over the wall in the center. Collect the jammer as well as the other one from the inside.

Set the connector onto the cube

Locate the blue source. Couple it with the "stationary" connector by setting the connector onto the cube, to avoid the white balls.

Collect that jammer and take it to the opposite side, where you find two fans. Place them on the path, where there are the white balls traveling.

Couple the other connector across the window

Then, collect one of the connectors, which has been left unused, after you have diverted the beam and place it on the path, where there are fans. Use it to couple two buttons above (starting from the fans) and one ahead, past the barriers, as well as the connector with the beam across the window. Use the jammer on the first barrier, and the spare cube on the other.

You can disable the last barriers with the jammer
