Go to Darklake District and talk to Rivet (M11,Rivet). The mission is to get a Duergar schematics that will help her with her problems. For that, go to the second floor of Overlake Hold and collect the schematics from the chest (M12,8). The chest is near the blacksmith's. After you have retrieved the schematics, return to Rivet for your reward of 1600 experience points and 3000 GP. If you prove charismatic enough, the reward goes up to 4000 GP. If you prove your intelligence, the reward will be 5000 GP. If you prove your knowledge, the reward will be 6000 GP.

To Catch a Thief

You receive this quest from Breg in the Northern part of Darklake District (M11,Breg) - Remaining side quests | Forlorn Cliffs / Darklake District Walkthrough - Forlorn Cliffs / Darklake District - Sword Coast Legends Game Guide

You receive this quest from Breg in the Northern part of Darklake District (M11,Breg). Your task will be to catch Derro, a thief. For this, go to Quaddo (M11, Quaddo) and talk to him. If you use your charisma (CHA), Quaddo gives back all of the stolen goods and promises to leave the merchant alone. In such a case, your only reward will be 1600 experience points.

This quest starts automatically after the conversation with "adventurers" that you meet right past the entrance to Underdark Descent. From the conversation with Lia (M11, 9), you learn that they take you and your party for rookies and they want you to carry an item for them, as porters. If you are charismatic enough, your reward goes up, from 2 to 3 GP. For completing the quest, you are also rewarded with 1900 experience points.

The Blood Debt

You receive the quest after you read the note you find on the corpse, at the Underdark Descent exit (M11,11) - Remaining side quests | Forlorn Cliffs / Darklake District Walkthrough - Forlorn Cliffs / Darklake District - Sword Coast Legends Game Guide

You receive the quest after you read the note you find on the corpse, at the Underdark Descent exit (M11,11). The task is to find the person that made a sort of a vow of blood. You find him in Darklake District (M11,Braenmora Surehand). During the conversation, you can prove your high charisma (CHA) ad convince the man to fulfill his oath. For completing the quest, you are rewarded with 1400 experience points. From killing him, you receive just as many experience points but on Braenmora, you also find a half of a legendary axe.
