After you complete Not Dead Yet, you can return to Titus and help him again. This time, he tells you what is going on in the lower levels of the sewers. It is going to be your call to destroy the crates with poison that has been affecting rats. To do this, go to one of the locked doors in this room (M4) and go to the lower levels of the sewers. The mission is to destroy all four crates (M7,1/2/4/6). During the exploration, you should watch out for traps and poison clouds. If you have any problems maintaining your health level, use the special potion that you received from Titus during the conversation (Dead Rat's Antidote). After you destroy all crates, return to Titus for your reward.

Reward: 1000 experience and Honorary Dead Rat Tunic (medium blue rogue armor).

Note! During your exploration, you run into Wilgen's chest (M7, 3). It is locked and you cannot use lockpicks to open it. The only way to open it is to have Wilgen's key. You receive it only if you do not kill Wilgen during your first exploration of the sewers (M4, Wilgen).
