The first step in making an antidote is separating the tubes filled with liquid #1. Now is the ideal moment to save your game. Afterwards, using the combine option, we pour the liquid from the bottle filled with two thirds to a chosen phial. We have two attempts (we only have a limited amount of the green liquid). The correct antidote should be black. The blue or violet phial will probably give us the desired effect. If the liquid won't be black in the end - load the game and experiment with the other colours.
