To obtain the first item, turn left and enter the cave, at the beginning of the mission. Then, follow the corridor left. Through the corridor, you will get to the first item.

Then, return to the starting point of the mission. Go left-up. There, you find an entrance to a room. In the room, turn right and you will get to the room with another collectible.

To collect the third item, exit the room and go left. After you pass by the ice column, turn left. On the left, behind the boxes, there is another collectible.

Walk over to the other side of the map, now. On the right, you notice tanks. Behind them, there is the fourth item.

Then, turn back and find a passage down. Follow it to the cave. In there, go right to find the last collectible in this mission.
