General Information about Vylus planet in Starlink Battle for Atlas Starlink Guide and Walkthrough

Vylus is the fourth planet you will visit during your time in Starlink. It is also the first one in the new Atlas sector. In the following chapter you will find a short characteristic of the planet.

Vylus is a moderate temperature planet. This means that you will not have to worry about the negative impact of the climate on your ship here. You need to, however, use a very maneuverable ship here - most of the planet is covered in enormous fungi that limit the ability to move your ship in a straight line.

This is also a planet that is under an enormous influence of the Legion. A large portion of the planet is covered with Extractors. The dust they emit to the atmosphere of the planet makes ships lose their flight ability. This results in limited ability to navigate through the planet using the flight option.

Tips

1. Start eliminating extractors as soon as possible. Thanks to that, you will be able to move through the planet by using flight and you will not be limited to maneuver at the surface.
2. Outlaws have as much influence on the planet as the Legion. You need to be on your guard, as they will be sending out more powerful units than before. Using shield during encounters might be necessary here.
3. All of the ruins on Vylus are controlled by Outlaws. This is why you need to completely change your approach. You will need to focus more on dodging. In addition, using environment to deal damage will be useful here.
