On this page of the Star Wars Jedi Survivor game guide you will learn about all the available difficulty levels in the game. You will also read what each of them is characterized by, and the best one to choose for yourself.

Story mode

As the name suggests, this is a mode for people who want to focus mainly on the game's story instead of the combat and the challenge - Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Difficulty levels - Basics - Star Wars Jedi Survivor guide

As the name suggests, this is a mode for people who want to focus mainly on the game's story instead of the combat and the challenge. The margin for error here is very high, you have much time to perform pairings, and on top of that, the opponents are not very aggressive and deal less damage.

Jedi Padawan

This is a mode similar to the easy difficulty level - Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Difficulty levels - Basics - Star Wars Jedi Survivor guide

This is a mode similar to the easy difficulty level. The aggression of enemies and the damage they inflict is slightly higher relative to the story mode. However, it still will be hard to die fighting them. This level is for the players who do not want the combat to be too demanding.

Jedi Knight

This is the normal difficulty level - Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Difficulty levels - Basics - Star Wars Jedi Survivor guide

This is the normal difficulty level. If you are familiar with the genre and are looking for a balanced challenge in terms of combat, then this mode is perfect for you. Opponents are much more likely to take offensive action and inflict considerable damage, albeit still within the bounds of common sense. The time to properly parry an enemy attack is shorter - however, after a few successful attempts, you will quickly get into the habit, and deflecting hits will become easy.

Jedi Master

The Jedi Master corresponds to the hard difficult level, and it's aimed at people who want to make the game significantly more difficult for themselves - Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Difficulty levels - Basics - Star Wars Jedi Survivor guide

The Jedi Master corresponds to the hard difficult level, and it's aimed at people who want to make the game significantly more difficult for themselves. The time to parry an attack is shorter, opponents are more likely to attack you, and the regular enemy can become a major threat. We definitely do not recommend this mode for people who want to focus on attacking without thinking about defense or tactics.

Jedi Grand Master

This is the most difficult of all available difficulty levels - Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Difficulty levels - Basics - Star Wars Jedi Survivor guide

This is the most difficult of all available difficulty levels. It is aimed at experienced players and those who have completed the game at least once. This mode will be an excellent choice if you care about dynamics and challenges. However, keep in mind that even a tegular droid will be able to kill you with one accurate attack.

Additional facilities

In addition to choosing the difficulty level, players can also use some in-game facilities. They can be found in the game's settings, more specifically in the gameplay tab. In the "Combat" section, it is possible to disable the Quick Time Events.

Meanwhile, in the "Exploration" section, there is an option responsible for fall damage. You can also turn it off. If, on the other hand, the battle is happening at a pace that is too fast for you, you can go lower in the settings to enable the Slow Mode. This will make it much easier for you to react to the actions of the enemies.

You can change the difficulty level during the game. If you find the chosen level is too high for you, nothing prevents you from changing it to an easier one.
