Why can't I defeat the Ogggo Bogdo toad in Fallen Order? Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order guide, walkthrough

Last update: 15 November 2019

This page of the guide to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order explains the potential problem with the exploration of the game's first planet - Bogano. We explain why the fight with Oggdo Bogdo, an optional boss, can seem challenging. This page also has tips on how to deal with this enemy.

Oggdo Bogdo can be encountered during the exploration of Bogano - Why cant I defeat the Ogggo Bogdo toad in Fallen Order? - Combat - Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Guide

Oggdo Bogdo can be encountered during the exploration of Bogano. Jump on the rocks and go through a few dark corridors to reach its lair.

Oggdo Bogdo is one of the optional bosses. This means that you don't have to fight it during your initial exploration of Bogano. You can memorize the location of the boss' lair and return to it later.

As for Oggdo Bogdo, you dont have to wait long to try to face the boss again - Why cant I defeat the Ogggo Bogdo toad in Fallen Order? - Combat - Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Guide

As for Oggdo Bogdo, you don't have to wait long to try to face the boss again. We recommend taking care of two things:

  1. Keep following the main path on Bogano until you unlock the option to heal the hero. This will allow you to heal the hero twice during a fight (or three if you find the yellow chest on Bogano).
  2. Spend skill points on Dash Strike ability. This charge is effective against Oggdo Bogdo and "regular" toads.

An alternative solution is to change the difficulty level. A full description of the fight with Oggdo Bogdo can be found in the Bosses section.

You can do the same with other additional bosses encountered in the later stages of the campaign. The game doesn't force you to defeat them during the first confrontation. You can fight them once the hero gets stronger and gains new Force abilities.
