We have also created an accurate description of all the graphics options available in the game to make it easier to customize the graphics and improve the game performance.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was released on PCs on November 15, 2019. The game is not very demanding, but there are some sudden frame drops. Therefore, we have prepared a detailed description of the video settings to simplify their configuration. System requirements and a detailed description of the graphic changes were prepared on the PC version, on the computer equipped with Intel Core i7-7700, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060. The configuration fully meets the recommended requirements.

The developers gave two options for system requirements -minimum and recommended. Minimum requirements should ensure smooth gameplay at 1080p, 30 fps on the lowest system requirements. Recommended system requirements apply to the game at high settings in 60 fps. Remember, however, that these are not the requirements created for the highest graphics settings. It is therefore highly likely that on a computer that meets the recommended system requirements, the game will stutter at the highest graphics settings.

How to make Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order not lose frames?

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order sometimes drops frames even on a significantly better PC than the one from the recommended system requirements. It is worth reducing some graphics settings, allowing the game to work more efficiently, without losing much on the quality of the graphics.

  1. Max FPS- if Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is not able to run smoothly at 60 frames per second, it is best to set a fixed number of 30 frames. Thanks to this, the game will run smoothly and the quality will not drop during the game;
  2. Shadow Quality- the number of objects in the world prepared by the developers leads to the fact that there are many shadows in the world. This option burdens the GPU heavily - if you experience frame drops, you should lower this setting;
  3. View Distance-adjusts the visibility range in the game. Reduce this setting if you are experiencing frame drops in large, open areas;
  4. Resolution-if the game drops frames regardless of where you are - whether in the base or while fighting monsters - you should lower the resolution.
  5. Download Nvidia graphics card drivers - Nvidia has released the GeForce Game Ready 441.20 drivers;
  6. Reinstall the game on a different drive - some of the players report that the game runs smoother and does not cause any problems when installed on a SSD drive;
