Mission unlocked after completion of the F.E.A.S.T. Shut Down in Harlem. Talk to Hailey in the park. She will tell you that the crime scene thugs in Harlem are based in a shipping center in the Upper East Side. Go there and defeat all enemies in front of the building. After scanning the surroundings, jerk the web (L1 R1) by the sprocket to open the gate and get inside.

In the garage, scan the surroundings and examine the traces on the floor, then open the cabinet by the entrance and press the button to activate a secret elevator leading to a lower level. Then balance the door by pressing L1 R1.

Press R3 and examine all the highlighted objects, finally approach the computer and press the triangle. You will meet the gang leader, Wilson Fisk. After a short film break, jump through the hole and return to Hailey.

On the way, Ganke will call to inform about the Fisk gang robbery in the park. Deal with the bandits and watch out for the second wave of enemies who will arrive in a truck. After winning the fight you will receive a scarf as a gift from Hailey, thus unlocking the new Winter Costume.
