This Spider-Man Miles Morales guide page describes the transition of the F.E.A.S.T. Shutdown side mission. Here you will find tips on how to start the pump to restore water in the nursing home, as well as the location of all valves.

The task becomes available after completing the mission Local Business in Danger. Go to a designated point on the roof of the building, take off your Spider-Man costume and talk to Gloria. You will learn from her about the pipes failing in the building. Go to the park to talk to the staff and residents of the nursing home. After interacting with a third person, Ganke will call you. Go to a designated place and change back into a costume.

Scan the surroundings and follow the pipes to the canal by the river. Remove the garbage from the pipe outlet (L1 R1) and press R3 again to go to the pump room this time.

On the spot, you will be facing a gang of thieves. Eliminate them one by one or beat everyone in an open fight. Go to the box and press the triangle. The pressure will turn out to be too high, so you will have to change the settings of the three valves marked on the map. The closest valve is blocked by a trash container. Move it (L1 R1) and use the knob. The next valve will be guarded by a group of enemies. Beat them and reduce the pressure.

The third valve is on the roof. After being unscrewed in two places, the pipe will break. Unscrew the valve again, wait until the pressure drops behind the red indicator, then aim quickly (L2) and fire the net launcher (R1) to seal the holes. Go back to the pump room and deal with the bandits. Run the mailbox and go to Gloria when completing the task.
